The defending champions are peaking at the perfect time.

After producing consistent performances throughout the league stage, **MSC Maratha Royals** once again showcased their bowling depth in the semi-final, bowling out **North Mumbai Panthers for 148** and moving within touching distance of a **second consecutive T20 Mumbai League final**.

The wickets were shared across the attack, highlighting the strength of the Royals' bowling unit.

**Tushar Deshpande:** 4/21 (4 overs)

**Aditya Dhumal:** 2/28 (4 overs)

**Atharva Bhosale:** 2/40 (4 overs)

**Rohan Raje:** 1/6 (1 over)

The Royals struck early through **Atharva Bhosale**, who removed Hardik Tamore, before **Aditya Dhumal** delivered a massive breakthrough by dismissing India international **Ajinkya Rahane**. Dhumal later returned to remove Ayush Vartak, finishing with an economical and impactful **2/28**.

When North Mumbai attempted to rebuild through **Abhigyan Kundu (40)** and **Anish Chaudhary (33)**, the Royals responded again. **Rohan Raje** broke the partnership, while Atharva removed the dangerous Kundu to keep the pressure firmly on the opposition.

The finishing touch came from **Tushar Deshpande**, who once again proved why he is among the tournament's standout performers. His figures of **4/21** included **three wickets in the 19th over**, removing Rohit Pol, Vaibhav Mali and Mohit Avasthi as the Panthers collapsed from **133/5 to 148 all out**.

With **10 wickets in just 6 matches**, Tushar now leads the tournament's wicket-taking charts, while the Royals' bowling unit continues to deliver match after match.

A champion side is built on consistency, and MSC Maratha Royals are showing exactly that. One more win now separates the defending champions from a place in their **second consecutive T20 Mumbai League final.** 🏏🔥
