Central Bank of India Organize Vigilance Awareness Week 2019

Central Bank of India built a Human Chain at Mumbai’s Marine Drive in which all the Executives and staff members participated and displayed various anti-corruption slogans during the Vigilance Awareness Week 2019.  Speaking on the occasion Shri Pallav Mohapatra, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Bank said that all employees have taken pledge of Integrity and made a very big human chain. 

He said that our Bank is committed towards being vigilant, adopting ethical values and leading a life with integrity. Highlighting the theme of the week he said if every body works with honesty then nobody can stop our country’s growth. Earlier Shri Parshuram Panda, Chief Vigilance Officer of the Bank informed that various seminars, competitions and talks were organized throughout the country in more than 2350 schools and colleges. Bank has also been very successful in spreading the theme Integrity – A way of life all over the country.  He further said that programmes were also organized for making aware farmers of the country. General public was also made aware of the theme Integrity – A Way of Life by organizing rallies and Prabhat feri.
