MFA Local Football - MYJ-GM Sports charge massive 11-0 victory

Mumbai, January 4: Mumbai Strikers FC showed good coordination and combined well as a team to blank Soccer XI FC 4-1 in a Super Division match of the Mumbai Football Association (MFA) League 2023-2024 and played at the Neville D’Souza ground, Bandra on Thursday evening.

Striker Ananth Kumar hit the target in the 19^th minute to give Mumbai Strikers 1-0 lead. But five minutes later, Soccer XI equalized through Aakash Giri's goal and went into the break of level terms at 1-all.

However, in the second session Mumbai Strikers scored two quick goals through Arman Shaikh in the 46^th minute and in the very next minute through Kishan Dubey to take a commanding 3-1 lead. Later, Jordan Soans hammered in the fourth goal in the final minute of the match to complete the margin of victory.

Results – Super Div: Mumbai Strikers 4 (Ananth Kumar, Arman Shaikh, Kishan Dubey, Jordan Soans) beat Soccer XI FC 1 (Aakash Giri).
