The Company recorded Pre-Sales of Rs. 180.94 crore during Q1 FY27, compared with Rs. 79.37 crore in Q1 FY26, registering a robust 128% year-on-year growth. The strong presales performance demonstrates continued customer confidence across the Company's project portfolio and reflects its strategic focus on timely execution, efficient inventory monetization, and sustainable long-term growth.

Collections for Q1FY27 stood at Rs. 43.13 crore, as against Rs. 17.16 crore in Q1FY26, representing an impressive 151% year-on-year increase. The substantial growth in collections highlights the Company's healthy cash flow conversion, supported by improved realization efficiency, disciplined receivables management, and consistent execution across ongoing projects.
